Juan rated 4 for his overall experience with Sprayglo Metropolitan Parkway. He said they should listen to the customers more. There was a miscommunication with the estimate. He asked them to repair all the dings and dents, but they didn't do it all. He was not kept adequately informed and chose not to elaborate on it. Juan was not satisfied with the estimate because of the reason mentioned above. He was not satisfied with the communication because of the reason mentioned above.
