Cost
I was surprised that I was charged for diagnosis. Auto zone did it for free. I am a returning customer. But I still love you guys I wouldn't go anywhere else.😊👍

Ms. Janice, I do apologize you were not happy with the diagnostic fee. We appreciate your business as a return customer, and are more than happy to address any of your concerns with bills at the time of check out. As I can not speak for other businesses, it is our policy that if we put a vehicle on a scan machine we charge for the diagnosis time it takes to read the codes to determine why a light may be on.

I have been going to Steel City for ten years now. I have Never had a problem with them. In fact, at Kenny’s Steel City he and his crew go the “extra mile “ by attempting to repair things that Ford, in my case should do.
In the unusual case that you have a problem, I am certain Kenny will see to it that the problem is rectified.
Kenny is always honest in his pricing and even runs deals to help his customers with a better price on expensive things like transmissions and the like.
I trust Steel City with my business and feel fortunate that I found them over ten years ago.
