Steve said he was surprised at the initial expense of the repair at the business. The original quote was more than if he had taken the vehicle to a Ford dealer for repairs. They adjusted the price for him so it was a little less than the Ford dealer's quote. He was impressed with Steve. He stated he was good and thorough at explaining the repairs to him. They found a few other issues after they began the service, and Steve called to explain those issues to him.
