This service department literally endangered the life of my 3 kids and I by not correctly evaluating my vehicle. For your safety please choose a different Ford service department.
Took my 2020 F150 up the this dealer for an evaluation of a clunking sound in the drivers side front wheel area. There was a previous repair done in Royal Oak Ford for the shock leaking. They returned the vehicle back to me with "No problem found". I drove it home, same noise, same problem. I decided to look for myself and within 5 seconds found the upper control arm nut was nearly completely off the bolt. I tightened it myself and will take it to a different dealer in the morning!
