Save your cars! Don’t get service here!
PSA: DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE! They overfill your oil which causes significant engine damage and excessive costly repairs such as oil leaks, decreased MPG, fouled spark plugs, carbon build up, oil frothing, coolant issues, increases oil consumptions, increases pressure and wear on internal engine components, and so much more including pre-mature engine failure and exhaust issues. If you don't believe me, get your oil changed here and then check your vehicle afterwards. Also be sure check your coolant level and condition, brake fluid level and condition, brakes rotor & pad thickness, tire tread depth, and everything that they claim to check. They check off boxes in green as "OKAY" without actually checking the items (this is when you are in warranty) and then when your warranty is up all of sudden your checks are in the red, " Needs Attention", engine is leaking oil and has coolant intrusion and your engine needs to be replaced. Hmmmm....I wonder why!? Could it be that you are not following FORD Standards? They treat you like you are wrong, they refuse to correct the problems they created and they obviously refuse to learn from their mistakes and take responsibility. They did not deserve a second chance. Now due to their incompetence, I have to find another FORD dealership (that is more capable & more knowledgeable) and get FORD involved to access the damage and come up with a fix and review and fix all of the other items they missed. The SERVICE MANAGER / OWNER is probably the most incompetent person there and he needs to be fired. I will most likely have to take LEGAL ACTION because (similar to the first chance) they will try to say that I'm wrong, that having 7 quarts of oil in a Bronco Sport Badlands won’t cause any damage to the engine (even though the manual states 5.5 quarts and that yes overfilling the engine oil will cause significant engine damage). As reference, my previous vehicle was a Ford Escape that was serviced at this dealership. Just after 60 months and just under 60K miles, it started leaking oil, had coolant intrusion and it needed a new engine and more. I found after oil change service at this dealership that the coolant level on the check box was green or checked as OK but the tank was empty. The Service Manager tried to tell me that running a vehicle with low/no coolant won’t cause any damage and condescendingly offered to reimburse me $11 for the coolant I had to buy and put in my car after I payed them for this service. I wished I checked the oil at that time too, as overfilled oil causes and aligns with issues I experienced at that time in addition to low coolant & engine block design flaws by FORD, etc. This is the second vehicle of mine that as been destroyed by this dealership. If you can't get the coolant level correct, oil level correct, simple checks completed accurately, understand basic scheduled maintenance on FORD vehicles - you aren't going to be diagnosing my FORD vehicle for further issues or performing any kind of warranty work. You will be paying a lot more than $11.

Lastly, this is huge safety issue. My Bronco Sport Badlands hesitated to accelerate in the middle of an intersection and nearly caused me to get into an accident (reduced acceleration & hesitation to accelerate is another cause of excessively overfilled oil).

If you get your vehicle serviced at this dealership, do yourself a favor and go check your vehicle fluids right now. If fuilds are underfilled, overfilled, etc. give this review a thumbs up. If I'm the only one that has this problem and "liked" this - I'm pursing this. If there's many others that have this problem and "liked" this - I'm pursing this.

Please share this review with your friends, family and loved ones that use this dealership for their FORD vehicle service. Help them double check their vehicle fluids, double check the inspection reports, etc. Do it for their safety, bonus - you may help them save their vehicle not to mention a lot of time & money from this dealerships mistakes.
