Damage to Beetle after an oil and light bulb change.
I brought my 2014 Beetle in for an Oil Change and passenger fog light replacement, it took 3 hours. Now I understand why. Whichever mechanic was responsible for replacing the bulb broke the socket where the cover goes over the bulb. Instead of bringing it to my attention, it was decided not to tell me. Integrity is everything. I know I didn’t damage it because I was not involved in any type of incident nor was there any dents in my car. I want someone held responsible. When I called the dealership, conveniently I was sent to voicemail. I never received a call back. I contacted Lithia Motors. They did absolutely nothing! I contacted the BBB. They did absolutely nothing!! Beware the Manager(Chabaan) is a total LIAR! Consumer BEWARE!!
