Classic shady mechanic behavior
Such a terrible experience for my kid to go through. I sent my kid to take his car for service to this location, thinking they would be customer-friendly and honest and he got neither.
He was charged for gas that he did not recieved. Over-filled the coolant and had to have it drained. The mechanic admitted to driving the car when it was so low on fuel where it would overheat the fuel pump.
When confronted about the fraudulent charge, the manager shoved $20 in his hand and told him never come back - he was charged $30 and got nothing.
While under their care, the body of his car was damaged, and when confronted management refused to continue the conversation. Making yapping gestures with their hands.
What kind of professional customer service employees act like this?
Will never use or recommend again!
