"Personalized service and no nonsense"
Took my wifes car in for a check up after being quoted some crap at the dealer. The ran a full diagnostic and told me what may need done soon, what doesnt need done, and basically what the dealer was trying to gouge me for. Got full quotes and no pressure. Let them know when you are ready to do the service and they will do it. Great place, will definitely be going back.

"Exceptional Service"
As usual George went the extra mile and diagnosed and resolved a decreased boost issue on my F-350. It's important to note that this wasn't even one of the things I brought my truck in to service. Trustworthy and honest mechanics.

Vance said he feels that he was ripped off by this business for the tune up that they performed. They charged him more than twice the amount of money than other places would have. It cost him over $600 for a tune up and he will never go back to this business.

Vance, I am really sorry you feel that way. The price you paid (which was given to you before the work was done) was not for just a "tune up". It included diagnosing the misfire that someone else had already tried to fix and soaking the spark plugs with penetrant multiple times before and during removal to prevent them from breaking. The spark plugs on your vehicle are prone to getting stuck in the head and breaking off when you remove them which can be very expensive to repair. It also included one ignition coil. I did not charge you for checking the vehicle over, test driving it with you while rescanning the computer to diagnose the thunk you are feeling from the transmission when coming to a stop OR researching the problem and finding a technical service bulletin from Ford AND calling the dealer to set up what may be a free software update to repair that problem. I even took the time to put the vehicle back on the lift when you came to pick it up to show you several safety issues that you were not aware of. We pride ourselves on providing top quality work with quailty parts for a fair price and standing behind everything that we do. I hope you are able to find that elsewhere.
