"Return visit"
I️ had my car in for an oil change on Nov16 when they found that there was an oil leak from the gaskets that need to be fixed. I️ agreed to the work. The next time I️ drove it the check engine light went on which is why the visit on the 18th- a wire was left unconnected after the work causing me another visit. Another issue is that on the 16 th the paper with the list of the walk around showed that my rear brake light was out. U called that to Chris Barrow’s attention and he fixed it without a charge- it should have been taken care of on the 16th!!!!

"Crowded"
It's hard to schedule service on the weekends..I had to schedule 2 months out for an oil change/tire rotation and when I got there it was so crowded there was no where to sit in the waiting room.

I had a very unpleasant experience with my follow up visit. The manager called me within an hour or so to discuss. He was very nice and seemed sincere with his apology. To me this showed that the customers do matter.
