great service but takes too long to get an appointment
I love the service, don't get me wrong, but it took almost three weeks to get an appointment for a simple oil change.
I have the special prepaid option, so my oil changes are free. When I called three weeks earlier to set up the appointment, I though three weeks was a little long for 20minute oil change. Otherwise great service.

Not all the services requested were performed on my vehicle. The service manager did not communicate why. Hopefully this is just an exception. My previous service trips were good.

Purchased new '18 Hyundai Elantra GT. Needed mud flaps so got from Hyundai online...a few days later went to appt. for service to install. Paid $105. Came home...turned right around and back to dealer as sloppy intall job - loose, rattling, missing screw...fixed them perfectly and all's well.....! So Hyundai proved that they will fix what they did, with apologies, and we again are very loyal Hyundai customers.

Not considerate of time
There is many opportunities for improvement. The time for an oil change took over 2.5 hours and we were told and charged for tire rotation which did not happen.

Superior Hyundai North is wonderful place to go to for an exceptional car buying experience. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their vehicles. Robert Frost was very helpful and did all he could do to get me the best deal possible and when it came to squeezing me in for service, before I went on vacation even when there was a 3 day wait he got me in that day. I could go on but you get the point.
