I had no idea on how to start the car, nor used the radio and everything else in between. Najia spent quite a bit of time to make sure I understood all the features. She followed up with several phone calls and had me come back to go over everything again. Great customer service.
I felt no sales pressure and believed the price I got was fair. It was lower than several other dealerships near Vallejo. They told me about the maintenance program and the manager, La Quan offered me a loaner car whenever I need maintenance done. I bought the service plan which should be a substantial savings over the long term.
I do recommend this dealership for a fair, competent, no pressure way to buy a car.
