Not a good business. Creates problems and Denys to fix problems. Blames it anything else even when Alex the owner creates the problems the dealer points out. The dealer recommended me to call him out on his mistakes that he creates and doesn’t fix.
Would never do business with or recommend business. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Car doctor owner (Alex) installed an engine on my car. Said it would take him 3 days. He had my car more than one month. Would not communicate what was going on. I would reach out to him through call or text with no response. I had to make a surprise visit to his shop to retrieve my car because he couldn’t finish the job. He was very misleading. Had to take to the dealership because he could not finish the job and emphasizes he did everything correct. The dealership said he installed 3 separate systems to 3 other systems and not only did he cut the wire but he didn’t connect the wires back to where they should be. Let alone the part that he installed them to 3 other separate systems. Alex did correct that issue and paid for what the dealership had to fix. The second issue came along where my transmission had failed. When I asked for an engine replacement, I did not need a transmission. That he was also selling for $1,000. It was not up for junk as he claims to specify in his response to my negative review. Once again.l, not truthful. So I did not need a tranny to begin with. Only an engine. He had reached out to me to perform transmission service at an additional cost. He did not explain that it could cause further issues. Otherwise I would of declined the service because initially my transmission did not have any issues. It was only the engine. so after he did the service replacing my engine and service to the transmission and even after getting my car back from the dealership. I was trying to drive my fully repaired and fork to go car home. Shortly after leaving Alexes shop then the car started overheating. I found that the radiator hose was not attached. I was able to get the car back in the road and continued to drive home. Same day 2 hours later the transmission fails on me. Alex replies at this point it could be because of the transmission service. So his response was what I expected it to be. Fix the problem that he created. I contacted Alex and the dealership. The dealership took the car back first and verified they did not do any work or inspections for the radiator hose. Then after reaching out to Alex, he did give me his transmission that he was selling for $1,000. Which he said he would try and find time to install for me and i new since he was dragging his feet after having my car for over a month then I decided to take the transmission he gave to me and have another shop install it. Other shop installed it in one day. Then after driving about 1500 miles the transmission fails on me. I reached out to Alex and he replies that he gave me the transmission and there is nothing else he can do to help. I explained that even if he sold me the transmission or gave it to me then it still came from him. He gave the the transmission because he damaged my other one. And if he sold the transmission to me or someone else then he would be expected to replace or refund. In my case there was no refund involved because he gave me the transmission. So I was simply asking for him to replace it because he gave it to me because of him damaging my previous transmission. It was his part that failed either way. Not looking for a refund but a replacement. Like I said he was initially selling it for $1,0000. His service damaged my transmission. His replacement transmission still didn’t solve the problem he created. Let alone the other things he did not do right as well. He even broke the key that removes my lock nuts on my wheels. He did give my wife and i a few parts off of his donor car but that was before he broke the key. Didn’t even offer to fix or replace that. Now I am without a car that Alex refuse to do anything further. He said is transmission works but it doesn’t. I agree to even pay for labor. He just needs to replace my transmission. His part. Not mine or any other shop The owner Alex that blames his mistakes on the business when he is the owner and also makes rude comments and not replies with the entire truth. Not professional at all.
