Would give this place a zero if I could and definitely should have listened to all the reviews on here and everywhere else I read. Called in to get an estimate and set up an appointment with Matt- upon showing up I was walked out to my car by Matt who clearly was not an auto tech and a sales rep of some sort to be told the "estimate" on my car - felt more like a half a***** attempt to scam me out of my money while trying to deal with a stressful enough situation. After I was told the price I asked if I could have a pen as I wanted to write down the general information he told me. I was basically told no and I reexplained I wanted to just write down what he said so I could remember and was told something very close to "I figured you could remember that and didn't need a pen for basic info" and then he started walking back into his office. Why do you waste someone's time and have them come in for an "estimate" appointment online to not give them a legitimate estimate, not let them write down anything you say, and be rude and run your business off. If this is what you were interested in doing could have done that over the phone. I will be sure to be letting everyone know never to go here for any reason and reporting your business everywhere I can.
