There were 4 issues that needed to be addressed. The first 3 were taken care of no problems. The 4th one was difficult because I forgot to tell them the noise couldn't be heard unless the window was down, my fault completely. Multiple techs drove the vehicle multiple times trying to figure it out. Once they drove it with the windows down they could hear it. That said, they tried numerous times to find the issue. The issue being a hard one to find and diagnose, they were honest with me that the issue may or may not be fixed with the services that were offered. Unfortunately the issue is a trial and error problem, but they were 100% up front with that which I appreciate!!!! Everything else that was done was great though!! They are always honest, trustworthy, and make sure I understand what is being said about any vehicle I bring to them. Thank you Tim's, specifically Ian.
