By entering the car year, make and model, our customers can select from the inventory of top name tires in Chattanooga such as; MICHELIN®, BFGoodrich®, and Uniroyal®. We are always available to help with questions or assistance in finding the tire you need, for any type of vehicle.

Engine light came on
Dropped off car so the technicians could determine what caused the engine light to come on. There was no obvious reason for the engine light to come on so after calling me to tell me that a smoke test would be necessary to determine the cause, the test was done and a zero vapor flow was found. There's a slight leak somewhere which doesn't interfere with the drivability of the car. It could be that the car needs a new gas cap from the factory (the car is a Jag). I appreciate the quick response, their knowledge and honesty.

Tire balancing
I was in town from out of state. I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel. They were able to get me in quickly, rotate the tires and check the balance. Two were out of balance and corrected. Did everything in about 45 minutes and now I'm good to go!

Tire mounting/balancing
The Tire Rack tires were delivered on time and I made an appointment. Everyone was courteous and professional. I don't think I was there 45 minutes and they were finished. Tires are balanced perfectly, one of the techs spent the time to expain where the tires needed to go on the car (wheels/tires off my car, I was mounting them at home). Very pleased, thanks guys!!!
