Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The website is the corporate site, not ours and clearly is very confusing as it shows our store. We have been unable to have this removed to this point and that is why we are very clear with our promise time when you bring in your vehicle. As you have seen we have this posted in the store in 2 different locations and stated your 3 PM appointment would be done by 4 PM which we beat by 5 minutes on this free oil change. We like to be up front and truthful with what we can do, giving you the choice before we work on your vehicle.
