Joette said she was satisfied with the quality of the repair but it took a long time to get in. One person paid the down payment and another person paid it off. She had difficulty understanding the bill and exactly what she paid for. She asked for a breakdown. This business used to give her a bottle of touch up paint when she got body work. She has gotten body work there twice within the last year and they did not give her touch up paint either time.

Andrew said he has not had any problems with this business. It was a smooth process. From the estimate to when he picked up the vehicle. It was ready a little bit before it was promised. This business always kept him up to date. They provided realistic estimates and goals in terms of getting the vehicle in, and when it would be completed. There were never any surprises.

Spoke with Noreen's husband. He said this business did a good job. It was on time and done when they said it would be. The staff is good at what they do and courteous. He is unsure if he was kept adequately informed this time. They may have tried to call him but he was not around to receive phone calls. They usually keep him informed. This time they called him to tell him the exact date he should bring the vehicle in, and they called him when it was done.

Joan said the original paint job was so much better than what was done by this business. She was really disappointed with the quality of the paint job this business did because the brush marks can still be seen and it doesn't have the same depth that the original paint job did.

Sandra said this business advised her the repair would take 3 days but it took 5 days. She was not given a reason for the delay. She did not hear anything from them until the vehicle was done. The final cost went over their original estimate. Her husband was the one who dealt with them so she is not sure about the way he was treated by the personnel.
