Bobby said the paint looks horrible because a few weeks after the repairs were completed he found cracks in the paint. He also noted the bumper looks like it was replaced with a used part. He wasn't kept updated with progress of the repairs. When he went to pick up the vehicle, he started asking one of the employees questions about the repairs but was told him he needed to return after the weekend to get answers.
