I made an appointment for 3:00 PM on Tuesday 10/20/26 for an inoperative left headlight on my 2001 Subaru station wagon. It was estimated to only take a short time so I waited. After a short time they told me that it was not the headlamp but an electric connector. Because I didn’t have a ride I decided to not leave it but come back at 12:00 PM Wednesday 10/21/26 to replace the electrical part. I left the car at noon as planned and picked it up later in the afternoon. Everything was handled smoothly.
