Demetrus said this business overcharged him, so he would not recommend them. He had to take his vehicle back because it started having the same problem that he brought it in for 2 months earlier. They had to re-check what they had done previously. They charged him $135 to check 2 wires and to put in a new alternator - which only involves 3 bolts.

Customer had new alternator installed from autozone by someone else. The charging system still wasn't working
so he brought vehicle to our shop and we repaired wiring and replaced pigtail. He called shop and said it was doing same thing. I went to his residence and check work we done all was fine.
Demetrus got bad alternator from autozone. we did several test to confirm. we call Demetrus and told him alternator was junk.
I told him to see if they will get him an upgrade which they did. We installed alternator and all is well.
Unfortunately Demetrus expected free service which we can't do, he bought the junk alternator not us.

Spoke with Alex. He said this business took care of his vehicle in a quick manner. He needed his vehicle by Friday and they were able to get it done by Thursday like they said and he was very happy. He also said his business, Fun Party Rentals, always has one of their vehicles at this facility and they always do a good job.
