Sorry you are un happy with your service, at Top Dawg Auto Repair we take pride in our work and strive to exceed your expectations, so I will adress your complaints, to repair your brake lights we replaced your fuse, removed the plastic covers from under your dash, the stopper pad on the brake pedal assembly had broken from age (1990) we replaced the broken part adjusted the switch to manufacture specs. and re assembled the dash and checked all exteriour lights for function. The Air Conditioning was charged the system leak checked, we found a leak in the compressor and there was no power to the compressor, we did an electrical inspection and found the control head assembly bad, the labor time spent was about 2.5 hours (you were charged 85.00) plus the loss in Freon to do the inspection. Repairing the system would require a compressor, dryer, expansion valve referigerant oil, freon a complete flush of the system. The Control assembly is not sold new and would be Used so we would have to locate one and dissemble the dash to install it. Now on your bumper I would look around where you were parked if your bumper was on the ground it would be un driveable and you drove it Home.
