I recently had my alternator replaced by top.Tech , but a faulty battery caused it to fail again. Thankfuly, the issue was resolved promptly the next day after I returned it. I purchased a new battery and utilized the alternator's warranty. Since then, everything has worked smoothly. I'm loyal to the service due to their exceptional customer service, which kept me coming back 8 years.
Went in to get a squeaking noise looked at. Which was a problem a few months ago. Paid 575.00 to fix now it's worst. Going it can be fixed 100%. Kind of disturbed that I've paid for this squeaking noise to be fixed now it's worse.
Top Tech is my go to place for all of my car issues. They are experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and timely. They are always busy which speaks to their skill. On my last visit a woman in the waiting room commented to a new customer, “You in good hands here. I’ve been coming here for over twenty years and I have never been disappointed.”
It is only my second time going to Top Tech Auto and I was impressed by their pleasant approach to their customers. I also appreciate their support to military veterans like myself. I will start taking my vehicles there for future service.
Outstanding work on my old school car. I have dealt with other mechanics in the area that are shady and will tell you anything to get your money, not Joseph and his team. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles there.

service. Recently, they effectively repaired my alternator with quick turnaround time. Their oil change services also speedy and the staff is always courteous. I also appreciate the reminders for oil change services, it's a thoughtful touch that helps me stay on track with my vehicle maintenance.

They do what they want.
Your on there schedule time they will call you or call you when they feel like it. To get the job done. They add more problems and tell you.They'll help you out with the extra cost. B/S. They will park your car outside and leave the windows down open!!!.So all the dirt could just dirty your inside of your car All your dashboard all interior dust ridiculous.

Beginning process was ok at 1st , but then during the process was poor, Not good service. Talking to me as customer felt blame for the problems of my auto or they have no care during the process? Don't fall for there kindness with there Famous words? We we'll treat it like our own!! B/S time and time again to get the job done. I was Just unhappy with the services! Would not go back or Recommende a person to go to the bottom Tech Auto. If you do! Good luck to you. I bet! mark my words they will try to get this review down. Before you know it. And say? This person, ( customer) is not telling there truth or figure it out, how they can take this done. Its a Sure thing! Just Turn this negative into a Positive guy's! for the next customer because you just lost one to put the word out the word is poor.( Word-of-mouth is the best advertisement it's key.
