Overcharged me after being two hours late and then they immediately got hostile when I brought up the price being double what I was quoted. The woman whom I believe owns the company threatened to have her driver come beat my ass when I told her the misquoted price was ridiculous. She assumed I was a crackhead or a drunk trying to get my car out of impound (I'm not, I called them to tow me). Really truly wonderful customer service they have there.
This is actually the only site I could even find to leave a review on. They were removed from Google Businesses because the business owners and employees were leaving false positive reviews. You can read their reviews on Facebook but you can't leave a new one. They have a single good review on the BBB page that is from their very own employee, Matthew Vogt, Operations Manager.
Overall, these are just very dishonest and rude people and they do not deserve my business or anyone else's.
