I had tried getting my vehicle repaired at the Towne Lincoln Dealership since I have a Lincoln. I was given the run around, and told that the paperwork was not received from my insurance company. Come to find out, no one bothered to check the computer, where the paperwork had been sitting for 2 weeks! There was no way I was having my car repaired there. I went to Towne Chrysler and Sue went out of her way to make sure that everything was completed in a timely fashion. My car was perfect when I picked it up!
