Beware of this dealership. They are the most crooked and deceitful dealer in the area. We agreed on a price for a RAV4 Prime XSE on Labor Day, and I put down a deposit. Today, when I went to pick up the car, the snake of a Sales Manager, Jose, had the gall to tell me that he sold the car to someone else because he received several thousand dollars extra for it. He then had the nerve to demand $5,000 more to book another car that was on the way. This is highway robbery, plain and simple. I wouldn’t trust this shady operation even if they offered the car for free. You never know how these swindlers will con you during the sale or fleece you throughout the service. I’m exploring options to take action against this disgrace of a dealership. Any advice is welcome. Such despicable practices must stop. Please spread the word and protect others from falling victim to these scoundrels.
