Toyota Universe is the prime example of a dishonest dealership. I had called and spoke with a salesperson, Michelle Klig, wanting to buy a used car posted online. I live over an hour away and wanted the out-the-door price. We discussed doc and reg fees, prep fees, and taxes. Everything was finalized. When I arrived, I even saw her notes detailing the prearranged breakdown of costs on a monitor. When I was ready to pay, a manager, Vladimir, came out and refused to honor the price. He wanted $4,000.00 more. It was a huge waste of four hours of my time.
