Not universally professional
I had a transmission put in a 2010 Dodge I had to take it back three times because it was leaking transmission oil for whatever reason , I understand people make mistakes however the owner or whatever Chris is was very rude I'm handicapped my truck even broke down on the way to the emergency room and I said something to chris about hoping everything is fixed and he raised his voice and etc. The next two times I took my truck up there for maintenance he didn't let me finish speaking. the problem is I'm a preacher they didn't know this so I smiled and left. There are two situation where dents occurred on my truck I was just asking them if they done it. He start yelling very unprofessional told me to get out of the shop and everything just because I asked the problem is I paid almost $9,000 for my truck why can I not ask where the dent came from, my truck had went from Pep Boys to transmax transmission so it was between the two and I was trying to figure it out like I said the guy never let me finish he even showed me a video and said that they did not do it which would have been sufficient until they started cursing and yelling I was being a detective and trying to figure it out because someone there big dents in the back of my truck month before at one of these shops I didn't say anything but after the dent on my mirror and the white paint on it I decided to ask questions

Keith, thank you so very much for taking the time to share your experience with our company. It seems you have a totally different recollection of the events that day due to some kind of mental instability, or you are just a liar. Our audio/visual feed of our security system records all activities on the lot for this very reason.

So your son, we believe, picked up your truck Thursday 12/04/2025. A lady that represented herself as your wife called back to verify some of the information that was on the final invoice, that she could not find at first. Then you came in on 12/05/2025 to thank us for not charging your anything to check out the "leak" that Pepboys told you had in the TRANSFER CASE, which we did not even touch when you had your TRANSMISSION REBUILT. We already identified you have some challenges, and tried to help. After you thanked us for not charging anything, you asked the Manager to come outside, and he explained he could get the Shop Foreman if there were any concerns. You stated, VERBATIM, "This is the second time you guys have damaged my truck when I brought it here". Keith made this statement with another witness besides the Manager in the office.

Facts that are important and are so relevant to this alledged complaint:

-My crew never gets charged or reprimanded if they break something on a customer's vehicle if they tell me right away, for me to share the information with the customer to provide an agreeable resolution. We use it as a training opportunity to get better.

-If my crew damages something, AND THEY DO NOT INFORM ME, they pay for it and get fired.

The Manager said he did not believe it, so he went outside and viewed the damage on the mirror. Once the Manager told Keith that we take "Intake Walkaround Vehicles" once the vehicle gets checked in BEFORE ANYONE TOUCHES IT, his story started to crumble IMMEDIATELY. Then he started lashing out and accusing the two people of "MISHEARING HIM". ALL OF HIS ANTICS ARE BEHAVIORS OF CON MEN, OR MENTALLY UNSTABLE FOLKS.

Once we brought up the video (time and date stamped of when he dropped it off) and showed him the same scratch on his mirror was there when he dropped it off, then he resorted to, "Well the other time I was talking about, you guys put that big dent in the rear fender!". We offered to pull up the video from the last time he was here because we keep them uploaded on the cloud for SITUATIONS JUST LIKE THIS, he just wanted to leave at that point.

So Keith, you want to bring up a scratch on your black, non painted, driver's side mirror that you use for landscaping, BUT YOU DIDN'T BRING UP THE 12 INCH MASSIVE DENT IN YOUR QUARTER PANEL AFTER LAST VISIT, ESPECIALLY AFTER I TOLD YOU THAT TOWING WASN'T INCLUDED IN YOUR WARRANTY?

Keith, you are severely mentally incompetent, or are a conman, in our opinion. Maybe a combination of both, but your plan didn't go so well, did it?

Good luck to you, and we feel sorry for all the people you integrate with in your life.
