Customer service
The customer service is great.They take care of you and it you out of the shop in a reasonable time frame. I will be back ,Also Keisha and the other lady are excellent with the paperwork I was pressed for time and had to be to work and they work miracles getting me out on time

Professionalism, Service and Unbeatable prices
I have been taking my car here for 6 years now. I never had a problem Trans-O-Mex could not fix. Yes they fix everything, if they can not fix it they let you know ahead of time. Their very considerate about your time. I have had in 6 years time everything from my oil change to my entire break system replaced. I have had both lower arm controller replaced and I am going next week to get full winterized package done on my engine which is a 3.5 hour job at a very reasonable price. I have a foreign vehicle and trust me it can get expensive, but when If you compare your dealership prices and warranty to theirs it can't be beat. Phone head and make an appointment walk ins are welcome too; Member of the staff will let you know how long of a walk-in wait you have.

Mercedez said the business told her they were going to charge her $199 for the service work done but she told them she had a coupon. So, the employees said they would charge her what the coupon says, but this lady employee kept pushing her to pay $20 more than the price said. Mercedez said the employees attending to her the first time were nice but the last time she went in, that lady employee was not nice, and this will be the last time she will come here.

Good dependable service

Joanna said she felt like they weren't good mechanics. They told her the diagnostic would be done that afternoon but it didn't get done until the next morning. They told her husband that the work had been done but it hadn't so they lied to her. They would not give her the old battery back.

Rafael said he called the business and was quoted one price for the inspection. When he arrived he was told the price was double the original quote. He stated that he was told that his brake rotors were bad, however, when he took his vehicle to another service facility, it was actually the calipers that were a problem.
