Over promise under deliver
Experience was awful from the outset. Was promised vehicle would be ready when salesman promised and it wasn’t even close to ready. Had to come back days later to have my car accessories installed. But my appointment was changed without proper notice to me and I ended up showing up for my 10am appt and being told that I had to come back at 4pm because they were too busy. I just asked for my accessories and left the building and spent 4 hours of my own time installing them myself
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!?
