I think they went above and beyond what was necessary. They don't make promises-like other places-that they will return your car to factory standards, but it is what they deliver on. I expected them to simply repair the damage from the collision. But they went the extra mile and washed the vehicle and detailed the entire interior. It looks, feels, and smells amazing inside!
There was also a small issue I noticed after picking up my vehicle, where it looked like the paint had received some minor damage. I called them back and Collin took my car immediately and polished it out within 10 minutes.
They are very kind and service-oriented. I hope to never have to use them again because that would mean I'd gotten into another accident; but, if I do have an accident again I will feel comforted knowing who will be taking care of me and my car.
