Great Customer Service...the Uber transportation was on point; however, the car was dropped off at 8:00am (appt time) and was told it would be 1-4 hours. Counting on the 4 hours would have put the car done at 12:00 which would have worked out great since I could take my lunch hour to pick it back up. But when I called at 12:30 to check on it was told the technician only arrived 30 minutes prior to get started which put it closer to 2:00 being done. Only compliant for the entire experience.
