REPEAT CUSTOMER BAD SECOND EXPERIENCE
I am a repeat customer and a business owner and first purchase install was great. I believe that time is money so opening on time is critical I was there at 8:30 am along with a couple of other customers. They guy who opened the shop showed at 8:45 am the the tire inspection guy showed 8:55 am so he took the tire back and I waited and no one came out to tell me that the guy that could repair the cracks in my wheel was not there so I returned into the store at 10 am when I was told that the tech that could fix the wheel was having car trouble and he was also late. So long story short I left my home in West Bloomfield to come to Detroit/Oak Park. Then had to return back to pick up my wheel with the cost of gas and the time I lost in the morning, lets just say I lost money on the whole deal. All I am saying is that everybody is late and it seems like this is normal and needs to be tightened up and cost you guys a customer.
