First off, Tim is great. As for overall communication and sticking to a timeline as a whole it can get better. My trailer was in for 6-7 weeks. It had a list of 8-10 warranty issues to fix and get a W/D installed. About 1/2 the items were done and the other 1/2 waiting on parts. Had I know parts would be such an issue I would have dropped it for inspection and brought back 5 weeks later for a week of work.
I understand they are at the mercy of suppliers but if a better communication pipeline was formed I think the overall experience would be better.
They also need to cut back trees. Where mine was parked it permanently stained the roof and a branch even ran a scratch across the top which is an issue to deal with later.
Great dealership overall do great work. But need to tune some processes in.
