Erica said her vehicle was in this facility for over a month, and it was there for an extra week and a half before she could come up with all the money. They charged her $630 in total, but allowed her to pay only $600 and set up payment arrangements for the remaining $30. Her vehicle was driving well, but in less than an hour the vehicle was overheating and there was a leak so she took the vehicle right back in. If they had test driven the vehicle before returning it to her they would have caught the leak, but they refused to test drive it because she is missing lug nuts on her wheels. When she took it back they told her they could not fix it that day and she would have to come back again. She was there from 7 am to almost noon. They had originally told her they would fix the leak for free, but when they were done with the work she found out they had charged her an additional $50 because they had to replace two hoses instead of just one. Then Jason told her that her vehicle was not worth fixing, but his boss made him. In the end she had to take her vehicle to a second facility to have the fuel pump replaced when this facility was supposed to have replaced it. When she first came in she asked if she could bring in her own parts and they told her no, but when they were done she found out that they had used old parts she had in her vehicle when they had no way of knowing if those parts were even good.
