I am very displeased from all the money I had to shell out to buy parts that was not necessary and I feel that I might have went to the wrong repair shop for my car I had a second opinion on what is causing my engine light to not go off and stay off and they said it was a puncture hole made by a piece of metal sticking out from the back side tire frame wall into the hose coming from the charcoal canister to the gas tank and your mechanics failed to see that this could of all been took care of if your mechanics pinched the hose to see where the actual problem was while doing the smoke test. I most likely replaced a fuel canister w/detection pump when it was still good.
Bruce said the employees at this business were friendly and straightforward with him. They gave him some ideas on what needed to be fixed and the service they provided, only took about 15 minutes to complete.
Steven said he had a problem with the business. He took his vehicle to this business and it wasn't a good experience. When the facility told him the wires were being eaten by rats in his intake and when he saw the wires they looked cleanly sliced. If rats were in his brand new vehicle and in his intake, he's sure those wires would not look cleanly sliced but look jagged. He argued with the business because he knows rats weren't in his vehicle. He takes good care of his brand new vehicle and he has no rats in his home. When he showed his family member a picture of the wires, they agreed it was too clean of a cut to be rats. He would have been content if the business would have at least just fixed the repair instead of charging him for a problem that was wrongfully found.
Denise said the business was very accommodating to her and her family. They got them in and serviced their vehicle and got them out quickly. They allowed her, her children and her two dogs to wait in the lobby while the vehicle was being serviced.
Spoke with Earl. He said his experience was not the best at this business because they could not figure out how to turn off the traction control on his vehicle and the time he spent waiting was not what he expected.
Irma said she is not happy with the service she received at all. She truly believes they broke something on her vehicle. She did not authorize them to do the work on her vehicle. They called and said her vehicle needed to have the brakes done but she didn't want to authorize them to do the brakes. She didn't take her vehicle there for the brakes, just the smog. Her vehicle only went in there because it failed two items on the smog. She went in there with a voucher from CAPS and ended up having to pay out of pocket because the service was more than the cost of the voucher. She had to beg and borrow for that money. They told her if they couldn't get that done they wouldn't be able to do the smog on her vehicle. Her vehicle has never leaked water or oil and after the service she believes they broke that part on the vehicle which caused the leaking. When she said she was going to call the CAPS, they told her they were going to smog the vehicle the next day. She can't stop the leak unless she gets it fixed and believes they caused the leak and broke something on her vehicle because it never leaked before.
