We do apologize that the replacement of your alternator was not corrected with your initial visit. We always strive to use quality parts; however, occasionally a defective part is received. As the vehicle performed normally for us after replacing your alternator we were unaware of a continuing issue. We worked very diligently to exchange the defective alternator on the first business day after your vehicle was returned to us in order to have it back to you by the end of that day. We know this does not eliminate your inconvenience for the necessity of a second visit, but hope it at least made an unfortunate situation a little better.
