Hi Kate, I am very sorry about the delivery process. Had i known about it i would have corrected that immediately. Ryan has always been very thourough and i dont believe he has ever had a survey score below a 5. I will definitely have a conversation with Ryan as we always want the customer to have a awesome experience. I understand Ryan's Sales Manager offered a full detail, gas and a loaner car during the Auto Armor application, probably a little too late after all the things that you personally had to do yourself. To try and correct your experience a little i would like to refund the amount that you paid for the auto armor application in hopes that you would rescore Ryan to a 5. Ryan is very good at what he does and i am sorry he let you down, but i will find out what happened. With the crazy inventory issues these sales guys and girls cant afford a failing survey it takes them a long time to recover and is very costly to them. I will send you a rescore request. I also looked at your deal and since it is financed the refund of 930.00 will go to the lienholder to reduce the payoff amount.
