Wally took the time to show me the old transmission pan and explain what he was seeing, which helped me understand the condition of my car and feel confident about the work being performed. After the service, I noticed a small transmission-fluid leak caused by the old pan not sealing evenly. Travis immediately took responsibility, ordered a new Porsche transmission pan, and replaced it without charging me additional labor. They also replaced a door-latch part as a goodwill gesture after noticing it had been scratched during the previous repair.
Travis was honest, communicative, generous with the pricing, and genuinely cared about making everything right. Wally’s knowledge and attention to detail were equally impressive. They also completed my brake-fluid flush, and my Boxster now drives and shifts better than ever and my Boxsters mpg improved.
