Upon completion, receipt showed I was charged $538 total ($101 was for diagnostic) and rest for the repairs (change 6 spark plugs). My shop always applies diagnostic heck to repairs if performmed.
Also, upon return home, took to my shop for after check and they said not all spark plugs possibly did not need to replaced as well as the overpriced diagnostic charge.
Would not recommned this service location due to the dual charge and the over-priced and addtioanl repairs done. I also felt the shop lead (Beth) was fake. Will not go back. Only positive was, they did check my vehicle approx 90 min after I arrived while waiting.
