Ladies Take Note, Honest place that won't talk down to you!
I was having a problem w/ my car in a parking lot on a Sunday. A very nice gentleman w/ 2 young children approached to offer his assistance. Although he didnt have any tools and we couldn't get it started, I had it towed to his shop that afternoon. Instead of just fixing what was wrong and giving me a crazy bill. He went through the car found the problem as well as the issues that caused the problem in the 1st place. He then explained them to me clearly and let me ask questions and didn't make me feel stupid for doing so. He gave me options and his opinion, and then let me make the decision weather to fix it or not. Credited me the diagnoses fee off of my bill. I need the car to last me another few months or a year. He repaired what was necessary only and got me back in my car for an honest price. Even though they are a little out of the way for me THIS is my new mechanic from now on!! Thanks again John
