"Above and Beyond - 6 Stars"
The knowledgeable WHA staff go above and beyond to service my vehicle, accommodating my schedule and taking extra steps to ensure that my family car is safe for traveling in all road conditions. Not only would I recommend WHA to a friend, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone get them to do the HEADLIGHT RESTORATION if your headlight covers are hazy looking! Emmanuel did a fabulous job, and I feel like I can see miles down the road. Like new! Very affordable and effective!

"No pressure sales and great service department"
This is my third car I bought from Willy Harold. I have been very pleased with all of them. They actually hand picked my latest car, a convertible BMW. It was perfect for my wife and I. The service department is super as well. The ladies at the front counter are really friendly and helpful.

"Car Technician has horrible attitude "
This is second hand info relayed to me by my daughter who took her car in for service. Granted her drivers side window did not work and she should have disclosed that prior to the service. This was her first oil change taking the car on her own without any help from a parent. She called me almost immediately after the car was taken in for service saying the tech seemed upset because the service was on a mini. She said he had trouble locating the latch for the hood and opened her trunk which was damaged and had not been repaired, I guess that should have been disclosed as well but she was there for an Oil Change and we had no idea he'd open the trunk. He slammed the trunk shut and then found the latch on the passenger side. After the service he gave the keys to my daughter and said "by the way I hate your car. This is unacceptable. My daughter will not return for service. Several cars have been purchased by our family over the last few years. We love the place, but after this experience doubt we'll be back.
