"I was never at any time given an estimate of ANY repair cost(s)", BUT, on the 2nd page of my Bill was printed the following: Original Estimate $125.64. REVISIONS: $713.44 And Lastly the CURRENT Estimate: $839.08
NON of which was ever discussed with me in person and Or over the phone as a common courtesy to me as a paying customer. I would have liked KY- Jelly to go with the screwing I received from Wilson Bro. Company LLC. automotive garage. I will not return there, nor will I refer anyone to have their vehicle serviced there in the future. I even contacted the Currituck County Chamber of Commerce but was told they are not listed with them. I guess, I can partly blame myself for not asking, but assuming the bill would only be between $500-$600 tops. Still, I am not satisfied with the deceptive way they do business and the high costs they accrue onto a customers bill.
