"Not so great"
I couldn't get dealership on phone for two business days. Left messages for service and general manager which were not returned.

When I got service home phone, service used a speakerphone, which was unacceptable.

One of the items to be repaired was not repaired. This is the second time I have brought this car in for this very issue.

Arrived at the time of my appointment, only to find no one in the service department. I had to leave and come back.
