"Will never take my car there again"

Mike said this facility does terrible business. They had his vehicle for two weeks and they charged him $700. He drove his vehicle for two blocks and he had to take it back because all the warning lights came on. When he returned the vehicle they wanted to charge him an additional $300 for something that they should have repaired the first time. They had his vehicle for an additional three days and it still isn't fixed right and there are more things wrong with it. It's sad that this business has gone downhill, because it used to be good. People work hard for their money and it shouldn't be this way.

Dabran said this business took entirely too long to get the vehicle looked at. Their diagnostic test was wrong and it took two weeks for them to give him an answer. He has white leather seats and now they are oil stained with fingerprints and hand prints and he said this was very irresponsible of them. He is not happy with them.

Reggie said the business took a while to get his vehicle in. He discussed the problem and they told him in order for them to figure it out they have to look at it. They spent 30 minutes and told him what he already knew. They gave him a bill for $86. They could not do the work based on what he said. He did not get his vehicle serviced at this business.

Jack said he was overcharged. They charged him $500. They told him a new starter was put in his vehicle, but it was not. Instead, they had installed a starter switch and a key switch wire. He checked with Chevrolet and the parts were cheaper there.

Joann said she is very upset at the way she was treated. She has brought her vehicle in twice for the same problem. They told her the problem was her transmission. They put in a used transmission and she had the same problem of it cutting off. They told her not to go over 7,000 miles and she did not. She had it towed in again. They told her it would cost $89 for a diagnostic and $1,700 to fix it. They were supposed to have fixed during the last visit and the one before that. They specialize in brakes and electrical work, which they need to stick with. She paid them over a $1,000 to fix her vehicle and she has the same problem.
