Randall said this business was good. He was told to call early this morning about bringing his vehicle in for brakes. He called and got the guy on the phone, he accidentally hung up and called right back. The phone rang and a lady answered. He asked to speak back with the individual he was talking to and she told him that they were not open until 9am. He told her he was just talking to the guy and she said well , we don't open until 9am. He did not like how she treated him and he did not call back . Other than that the work was good.

Austin said he had a vehicle fixed by this business before, so he has had good experiences. He stated that this time, they checked everything and gave him everything he needed to know, but he felt that some of the parts did not need to get changed and he did not get that honest opinion instead of from a marketing sense. He came there to not be up sold. He is hearing a noise in his vehicle. He thought it would get checked and be about $250 to $500. They told him he needed all new tires, but his dad replaced his tires 3 months ago. Some things don't need to be done and it is irritating to deal with being treated like that. He said they wanted $1400 for everything. He would recommend them to AAA members.

I'm sorry that your not happy with the service you received but i do remeber this vehicle needed the metal trans lines replaced, which someone cut and ran rubber hoses and clamps, the vehicle arrived to us with broken clamps ams cracked rubber lines. we gave you the options to replace them with with the correct metal lines or we could replace the damaged rubber lines and clamps. If you would like to bring it back we would be more then willing to help you with the correct repairs or replacing the lines with the correct metal lines. again sorry your unhappy and we are willing to do whatever we can to keep you as a customer.

Karly said she didn't read the fine print or know the details of the inspection. She paid $45 for the inspection but it was just for a minor inspection. They charged $85 for an electronic diagnostic and she chose to take the vehicle to another facility. The customer service was great but they are a little pricey.
