i contacted Wright on 4/8/22 to see about rectifying these issues. I spoke to Manager, Ian McFarland for assistance in getting these add-ons refunded. He was able to accomodate my father's wishes "to the T" and was able to get refunds processed.
I am filing this review with this score because Ian McFarland's actions outweighed the miscommunications that occurred between the finance manager and sales consultant.
If purchasing a vehicle from Wright Nissan and need any assistance, I highly recommend Ian for his attentive and prompt remediation efforts.
