Sent part poorly packaged, expected part to survive
Purchased a trim part through their website. It only allowed the cheapest shipping option so they shipped the trim part in the original Hyundai bag and slapped a tag on it. They did not contact to say that it would cost more to ship it with better protection. It would obviously not make it in original condition. Tried calling and leaving messages for a month with no call back. Finally got in touch with the parts department and they referred me to USPS for a refund but they shipped via USPS first class with no insurance. They suggested I ship it back to them for a refund and would not reimburse for the shipment of the damaged part back. Avoid the parts department, they think just because USPS accepts the shipment that it's not their responsibility to pack it to survive shipment.
