Somebody thought it would be fun to try to steal my car. They didn't get it but caused a lot of damag
e. My car was originally scheduled at a different shop, but was taken there instead. They worked with my insurance and kept me informed of everything that was happening. It took a bit longer than originally expected, but true to their word, it was done the same day the part came in.

got to the dealership we w
ere greeted at the door by gentleman named David Bunea, who then told us that Reno was not in. After making that statement to us David immediately went about helping us with our purchase. He was a very personable
salesperson and totally professional in responding to our questions and answering
them. After a few back and forth negotiations we reached an agreement to purchase our new vehicle. I have to say again, as a salesperson, David made our experience stress free and memorable. We have made quite a few purchases over our many years, but this one was by far the most enjoyable.

I had some body work done on my SUV here a few months ago, they are polite, prompt and stand by their
work.
Well, yesterday my break sensors went off so I took it to my dealership and it turns out that Fix Auto had painted over the sensors by accident and shorted out the wires. I have two small kids and live 45 minutes away. Fix Auto paid the other shop to fix my car and provided me with a free rental car even though they could have fixed it at their own shop. So even though they made a mistake, they more than made up for it with their awesome customer service! I'm so happy I didn't have to wake my kiddos from their nap for a 90 minute car ride just to swap rental cars. I would feel comfortable taking my car back here again.
