Tim said he asked this business to rotate his tires and fix the spongy feeling of his brakes. He asked them if they had rotated the tires before he took his vehicle and he was told they were. He found that his tires were not rotated and the brakes are still spongy. He has not talked to them about the brakes yet but will be taking his vehicle back to them soon about this. This experience makes him wonder what else they might not have done.
