service is a problem
I wrote a letter gm James crowley. I provided specific details on my new Santa fe hyundai. car shuts down turns off. service dept can't look at it until Nov. I explained I live alone and I'm a veteran on fixed income. could they provide courtesy car. they said no they don't do that anymore I said usaa discount is $344 a week, I obviously can afford that. thrn service said they would look at it that we'd. and call me Thursday with status they never called. I called in 2 times no response. I told clerk if I cant get status ill come get car. I also texted my service advisor who was texting me no reply I pickup car, no apology had private auto repair run diagnostics in 2 days. sent error code dealer service. codt for thst review snd o I l chsnge $120 I consider thus a safety issue and would think service would think this a priority to look at. did not have the car for a week had to use uber rides still waiting for a response from someone.
