Very thorough, keeps me updated, explains problems in layman's terms
Being a female, it's hard to trust people when it comes to cars. I'm always afraid I'm being taken advantage of; not so at Aspen Auto Clinic. The customer reps come out with intermittently to explain what the mechanics found and ask for authorization to do what is needed. They do not ever come out and say,"This is what we did and this is what you owe." When I leave I never feel like I don't know what just happened to my car or my credit card! Customer service is awesome both on the phone and in person. My daughter loved the waiting area and snack bar as well.
